UK Delivery Information For Composite Decking
Delivery Policy
At Builddeck, we endeavour to maintain a lead time of 2 to 3 working days for our in stock items. In some cases, next day delivery may be possible, please contact us for more information. Should your composite decking project require additional items or parts that may be out of stock, we have a current lead time of 3 to 5 working days.
Deliveries are generally fulfilled Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm, however a Saturday service may be available at an additional cost. A more accurate time window should be available for you upon dispatch, however this cannot be guaranteed.
Due to the weight and size of the product, it is advised to have at least two people available to accept the delivery. Delivery drivers are instructed and insured to deliver the product kerbside only. However they may help with any further requests (for example, help to carry to the garden or garage), but this is at the drivers sole discretion. Please note that the delivery vehicles do not have forklifts or cranes. We advise anyone assisting with unloading the products to wear suitable gloves, clothing and appropriate PPE. Please check that the products and quantities are correct and check for any damage to the product and packaging before signing for and accepting the delivery.
Collection from our warehouse in Stevenage is of course free of charge, we do however require 24 hours notice at a minimum for in stock items, larger orders may require a longer notice period. Please call us on 01438 362 547 or contact us for more information or to arrange a collection.

These prices are based on one standard 3.6 metre length, palletised decking order of up to 77 boards including associated fixings and accessories. All prices are based on standard Pallet Network rates and are subject to VAT. For international customers, please email orders@builddeck.co.uk.
